Reckon Accounts freezes up arfter I email an invoice

I've come here because the tech support no less about the software than I do and every time I call them I have to ether live with the issue or fix it myself.
When I email an invoice from enterprise and type something into the email or just take too long to hit send it come up with a box with two options (Server Busy) I hit the retry button as I have always done and then it freezes enterprise and the only way to unfreeze it is to restart the computer or ctrl alt del and turn it off in task manager. Is anyone else having this issue?
