reckon accounts has encountered a problem

Random problem with Reckon Accounts Premier 2014:  Receive the error message 'Reckon Accounts has encountered a problem and must be shut down.  Error code: 0000025103.  Can someone please help!?

    Hi Anthony,

    From memory that sounds like the network connection may have dropped out. You may need to speak to your IT department to test for any networking issues.
