Reckon Accounts has stopped working.

Hello,

I have an issue with my Reckon Hosted Acceounts 2017.

I cannot seem to access a particular client.

When I try to open it I receive an error 'Reckon Accounts has stopped working'.

    Hello Jason,

    Welcome to the Reckon Community.

    Sounds like your Names List has become corrupt.  Please do the following:
    1. Open a Write Cheque form and place your cursor on the Payee line;
    2. Press Ctrl+L;
    3. Select View on the top menu line and click on Re-sort List;
    4. Answer Yes to return to original order;
    5. Close the Names List and Write cheque form.

    Please rebuild your company file.  Directions are here.

    You may need to examine the QBwin.log file - follow this guide to access it on Hosted.
