Reckon Accounts Hosted 2019 Invoices not emailing

I am a new customer to Reckon Hosted this week, I can see from past feeds there is a problem with emailing invoices to clients. Is there a solution? I am having the same issues of my invoices not sending. I am using ACCOUNTS 2019 R2

    I had the same problem.   Helpdesk advised to:
    1- close all open windows, then
    2- select File, Send Forms...
    This will bring up the "select forms to send" window but it will show no forms.    
    3- close
    Repeat steps 2 & 3 until something appears in the "select forms to send" window.

    Sad part is that this could take heaps and heaps of iterations.   (It worked for me after about 15 minutes of going non-stop.)

    Help Desk also said that Reckon had a capability to do this for me but it could mean being without access to the data file for 1 or 2 days.
