Reckon Accounts Hosted Error -6000, -80

Hi everyone,

We're investigating some early reports of an error affecting Reckon Accounts Hosted.
The error message encountered is -6000, -80. You may also encounter an error message similar to that of my screenshot below -

This is not affecting all Hosted users and the team are currently investigating at the highest priority.

Hi Toni,

I've just heard this problem has been resolved in the last couple of minutes. Can you please logout, give it about 5 minutes and then retry.

Let me know how it goes

I still cannot login on Chrome or Internet Explorer. Has it definitely been resolved?

Chrome:-  Company file login box just lags and then whitescreens out if I click on it.
IE:-  Login screen blacks out

Hi Rav, no cannot get into Reckon only thru internet explorer but don't like using it as it goes straight to printer and cannot choose paper tray...

Hi all,
It's quite evident that we're not quite out of the woods on this problem yet like we thought. We're running tests on the file server we believe this is isolated to.

Hi everyone,

I've just heard that the team have completed some remedial action to address this problem.

For those who are experiencing the file server errors, can you please logout out now, wait 2 minutes and then retry.

If you still experience the same error after this, please let me know by commenting BELOW THIS POST ONLY

I still can not get in. Just hangs at the reckon Account Login. Account is 1435115-1 I think

"Connection Has Been Lost" dialog box just popped up from the application. 

"... make sure that the computer that is hosting access to the company file has not been disconnected from the network or turned off."
