Reckon Accounts Hosted Error Log Download

When we are told by support to check our file for errors, we have to ask them to get a copy of the error log.

Why is that log file not accessible to the users?

How long does it take to retrieve that log file by asking a technician?

Why can't you put one of those buttons like the Upload / Download / Copy and Paste buttons at the top of the screen to give users a way to download that log to our local computer?

How about making it available in the dashboard screen?

We've also suggested the following as an IDEA.

Add a new Utilities menu option for Backup Log (QBBackup.LOG) and Error Log (QBWIN.LOG)
