Reckon Accounts Hosted - I can not log in - it comes up with error message -6000 -80 have you finished the Maintenance that was scheduled for yesterday. I have never had this problem before. I am on Hosted 2018 R2

Hi Rav,
I rang the technical support 1300 799 150 they were great.
You need to slightly change your Account File Name. They take you through it step by step. It took 5 minutes to fix the issue. I did notice when I was up and running again that I needed to upload my Logo back into my invoice Template.
