Hi everyone,

We are receiving early indication of an issue impacting the launch of Reckon Accounts Hosted.

It appears to be affecting a small number of users and the issue appears at the launch of Hosted screenshot example below)

We're currently investigating this at the highest priority and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

We can not log into Reckon. We are just getting a black screen when launching problem.
Anyone else having this issue?

Hi guys,
Really sorry for the hassle! I've just received word that this issue should now be resolved. The issue was isolated to one particular file server so you may experience slower performance while everyone logs back in.

Give it a try and let me know how you get on

The attempt to login with the user name ädmin" failed. The user is already logged into the company file. If possible, try logging in using a different user name...
There isn't another user name and nobody else is logged in.  !!!!!!!!!!!

hate this programme, it's always playing up.... grrrrrr

You guys are just so special.  There is still no access to login and you have gone home for the day.  My client's employees are tickled pink that they are not getting paid; as are his suppliers.  No updates to your Community Forum which is supposed to be the 'ants pants' for information.  Absolutely disgusted!!!

Ed,
Can you please end all active sessions in the Hosted control panel and then logout (use the logout option in the top right of the control panel page). 

Retry after 2-3 minutes and let me know how you go

It's not resolved. Only makes progress to https://hosted.reckon.com.au/webconnect/RA.2017.AU.R2/accessnow/start.html with black window. Tried multiple browsers. Please advise.

I am using google chrome and have also trouble to log in. Black screen, no Q drive all the above

mine comes up with errors  (-6000, -80)
can i bill reckon for lost of work hours  it impedes badly on my customers

we are trying to log into accounts hosted to type out some important invoices but it keep saying that someone else is logged in even though nobody is logged in. So frustrating as we need to send invoices today

I am still having problems also, it is either the black screen or it will go past that and when I try to log in to a company quickbooks is not responding so I have to can it and then when I try to log back in it is the blank screen again. I have used the log out option as you said in the previous message but I can not see any option that allows to end all active sessions.

Rav, are you listening to the coments coming through, quickbooks is not working and some of us need to send invoices so we can get paid.

I was in using Reckon and then it booted me out and now I can not get back in.
Get the above error.
Please help as I need to process payroll asap.

having same issue plus cant get into QBW files in folders
Only crashed not long ago but now having the same issues - Frustrating
How much longer will it take to rectify??
Look s like there are a lot of businesses that are suffering the same problem. C'mon be quick about this. you are effecting Australia's economy here!

Having problems with Reckon Hosted since 2pm Sydney time. Company file loads ok but then receive an error message saying Reckon needs to abort and close.

Hi all,
We're currently in the process of rebooting the affected file server which hopefully yields the result we're looking for. Once that is done the team will perform some testing. 

Hang in there, I appreciate that its really frustrating and I do sincerely apologise. I'll keep you all posted on progress.

still nothing i seem to be only one that gets up to pass word then tells me to contact reckon support
ring them they tell e theres an issue 
look at community and issue is totally diff to mine  HELP

The issue and error message you are experiencing is part of the current problem that we're working on. Be assured that we're working on this at the highest priority.

they are going to reboot apparently then look into it...... we have to hang in there.....that's ok if you don't have to send out invoiced today !!!!

does anyone at Reckon know what error -6000, -80 is ????????????????????????
should be in their trouble shooting folder if they have an error number

BTW, I contact tech support and lucky for me only 16 mins waiting and he told me we should all be up and running within 30 mins (that was at 3.20pm Qld time).   Don't hold your breath people.
