We are currently investigating an issue affecting the launching of Reckon Accounts Hosted 2018.
Early indication shows that users are able to login successfully however upon clicking the Launch Accounts 2018 R2 button leads to a error page similar to that below depending on your browser.
Sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused, I'll be updating this thread with more info as soon as possible.

Our Hosted teams are investigating at the moment and have narrowed down the point of failure. We're currently in the process determining the cause of the failure in order to form a solution.

Hosted Down? Started with another person calling me to test printing and bam same problem... Log out then try to log back in and now....

HTTP ERROR 500
Seriously price keeps going up and so do problems? Is that normal? PS already cleared cache just in the case of it being that also restarted just to make sure all tasks are 100% out of the PID (Yes I use linux) when checking the raws it is establishment issues (Not client side)

This issue has been resolved. Access has been restored and is currently available, you may however notice a bit of slowness initially due to the mass number of logins hitting the server at the same time.

Not really sure what you're referring to, this wasn't related to an update or any deployment. It was an unexpected issue related to the Look Up Service (LUS) not functioning as expected.
Thorough testing is conducted for any updates and maintenance that are carried out on the platform, which again, was not related to this outage.
