Hi everyone,

We're currently investigating some instances of launch issues affecting Reckon Accounts Hosted at the moment. 
This seems to be a random at the moment affecting a very small number of users and is isolated to AU users. New Zealand Hosted users are unaffected.

Investigations are occurring at the moment and we're narrowing down where the root cause of the issue is.

    Hi folks,
    It looks like the team have identified the cause of the problem and we're working on getting a resolution in place at the moment.

    In the interim, if you encounter a problem with a message of 'Service not available' etc, please refresh the page a few times and it should bring you through to the Hosted service.

    Hi Rav, Do you know if Reckon are going to release a service pack for Payroll Premier at some point?  There seems to be a lot of issues with regards to STP reporting. Thanks
