Hi everyone,

We're currently investigating an issue affecting launch of Reckon Accounts Hosted.

You may encounter an error screen similar to one below -

Not sure whether this is of help, I was using Reckon up until 5 minutes ago. I logged off and now unable to log back on.

The issue is now resolved.

Please try logging in again as normal, if you have any issues please end any active sessions that are present in the Hosted control panel, then logout, close your browser and try again.

Sincere apologies for the inconvenience and frustration caused, and thank you all for being so patient.

AHHHH........ now getting "Server Error
404 - File or directory not found.The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."

rebooted everything........... still same error

Still can't log in.  I now get a 404 server error, file not found.  Help.  Lots of work to do today!

Are you able to log in from this page HERE
If the problem persists, does the same thing happen when you try logging in from another browser? It might also be worth clearing browser cache/cookies

No.  It sends me to the NZ hosted link.  I get the dashboard and then when I try to launch I get the error page.  I'll try clearing browser and from another.

I am still getting the 404 server error message too. Have tried logging in from Google Chrome and Internet Explorer and get the error in both browsers.

Let me check in with the team around this particular error message that both you and Tracey have been experiencing since the outage. I'll come back to you ASAP.

Ok guys, just heard back.. the first thing would be to clear the browser cache and cookies before retrying. Also, to end any active remote sessions located in the Hosted control panel, then log out, close the browser and retry.

If its still a problem after this, give us a buzz on 1300 799 150 so we can take a closer look into this for you.
