*RESOLVED* Reckon Accounts Hosted - Login issue (24 January 2019)

Hi everyone,

We're currently investigating an issue where some users are experiencing trouble launching Reckon Accounts Hosted services.

Early indication shows that some users may be reaching a black screen after logging in.

We're investigating this issue at the highest priority and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Apologies Gemma, some users are encountering issues when attempting to launch Hosted services at the moment. We're looking into this as we speak.
I'm really sorry for the inconvenience this is causing at the moment.

Hi everyone,
We're currently assessing the origin of this issue and it looks to be isolated to a specific file server, FSS07. We're continuing investigation work into other file servers as well along with solutions.

Our teams have performed some remedial work which we believe will resolve this problem.

Can you please attempt to login and launch Reckon Accounts Hosted now and confirm?
Please note, you may experience some slowness due to a high number of users trying to login at the same time.
