Hi everyone,

We are aware that a number of customers are experiencing issues accessing Reckon Accounts Hosted this morning.

You may encounter an error page such as the screenshot below when attempting to launch.

Our teams are currently investigating the cause of the problem as we speak and further updates will be provided here.

Our sincere apologies for the frustration and inconvenience caused this morning.

This seems to be a monthly thing for us. We been on hosted it for around 4 months now and it has happened at least 5 times

Hi everyone,
Just to clarify, the screen you may see when attempting to launch Hosted will differ depending on the browser you're using. The example in my opening post is when using Google Chrome.

I believe Internet Explorer will show a blank white screen however is the same issue.

Its a real pain in the ass. I take the morning off to do invoicing, finalize my BAS & do a quote then have to sit staring at the screen waiting for Reckon to fix ANOTHER stuff up. Not good enough!

its 10am on a monday morning and we still dont have any update apart from being told it will be fixed asap. whats the problem? give us a time estimate, dont leave us hanging here like stale p@ss

I'm doing quotes on a windows template. Awesome, I am going to have to redo them when it eventually comes up. Double the work. :(

Come on guys  we started at 8am this morning and the system has been down till now 12 and we can't do a dam thing till you fix your end!!! Not good !!! FIX it please!!!

The Hosted team have carried out some work which we're confident will resolve the issue however can you please test by attempting to access your services now.

You may encounter slowness as everyone attempts to login at the same time.

OK, I can now log on.  I am using firefox.  Go past the first screen which says that Hosted is not working at the moment and see how you go

I have that issue with it daily being very SLOW! Gets very frustrating

What aspects are currently performing slow? The whole program or certain areas/functions?

Can you try a new session and see if you continue to experience the same thing? ie. exit your file and end your active session via the Hosted control panel

It's the whole program but I mostly notice it in the customer centre as I work mostly from there, usually starts off not too bad but then just gets really jumpy and slow to respond. I was thinking it's because we are not on fibre? 
Sometimes when it gets too bad I will log off and log back in again and that helps for a while.

We have a few people in our office who cannot get in, the connection crashed and they can not get back in.

Hi Rav, 

We are all good now, there seemed to be a very big lag in the system when the network was not responding. Fixed the remote sessions that were still logged in and now fingers crossed we are back on.

I STILL cannot access Reckon Hosted. I get a black screen with Ericom on it & then garbage compute coding such as STR-TAP-FIELD-AGAIN-TO-OPEN-KEYBOARD etc etc. I tried to log in where it appeared I should be able to & it came up with a new screen telling me "Method not allowed"

Hi Tricia,
Can you please head into the Hosted control panel and end any & all active sessions that are listed in the 'Log off Remote Sessions' area. Once that is done, logout (make sure to use the logout option in the corner).

Close your browser and retry after 5 full minutes.

Does the same issue continue for you after this?

Cannot access online banking?? would this be part of the same issue?
