Reckon accounts Hosted online and I cannot print invoices. It freezes the screen.

I have just started using Reckon accounts Hosted online and I cannot seem to print an invoice. It keeps freezing and even when I logoff and log back on it has the same frozen window. It reads: Printin to: Reckon Printer (redirected 11). On:TS002. Printing page 1 and then a cancel button. It is VERY frustrating as I cannot do any reckon work. Grrrr

    Hi Trudie

    Are you using Google Chrome as a browser ?

    It sounds like it is being blocked and so if this is the case you need to allow the program to print.

    I can assist by using a remote access program to show you but I cannot recreate this at this end so cannot give you step by step procedure.
