Reckon Accounts Hosted online - How do I save a backup to a thumb drive

I want to give a backup to my accountant.
When I back up my file and choose Browse, It won't list my thumb drive or own computer like the old version used to and I can't work out how to access the backup files to copy and paste them to a thumb drive.

Hi Donna,
The idea of using the online platform is so you don't have to do local backups. As Faye mentioned, your accountant should just be able to access your data online either via your login or theirs.
However I do have a document that I have created on how to do this if you wish to email me.
