Reckon Accounts Hosted - Payment Summaries

We are only able to print some of the Payment Summaries for the employees.
Can anyone help please?
We have tried comparing data in Reckon of each employee but cannot pick any discrepancies.

    Check that the missing employee's aren't mark Email only

    Have you checked to see if in the Address & Contact details for those employees you have chosen "Print" or "Both" for "preferred Send Form Method"
