Reckon Accounts Hosted saying my account has Expired

I am trying to logon to Reckon Accounts Hosted but it keeps saying my account has expired. My accountant is able to login from their end but from my end nothing is happening.

Shannon.  The indications are that you didn't pay the renewal for the licence and it has now expired.  The reason that your Accountant is able to login is probably due to the fact that you have shared your company file with him and his licence is not expired.  You should have received a renewal advice letter about a month ago.  You will need to pay the annual renewal and/or contact Reckon to do this.

I havent recieved a renewal letter so I have gone online to try and pay it through the EStore but it wont let me login as an existing user...if i do it as a new user will I get all my data moved over or will it be a totally new file?
I have been on hold for a long time to try to talk to someone who can take my payment...is there an easier way to do it online?

If your subscription has already expired then you will not be able to renew online.

If you haven't spoken to the team already to get this sorted, can you please send me your account details and a contact number and I'll get a team member to give you a call.
