reckon accounts hosted screen resolution has changed. It has NOT been changed in general settings. It is only when logging in to Reckon

Someone using their laptop has changed the resolution of Reckon Hosted, but only on their screen. How to change back.

Hi Wendy,

It sounds like this particular user has either zoomed in or out of their browser and therefore effecting the resolution. Could you please get them to check their zoom setting?

Ok, get them to click on the three dots on the top right-hand side of the browser and ensure zoom is set to 100%. See below:




They can also try adjusting this as they may have had this set a particular percentage that suited them best.
