Reckon Accounts Hosted Slow

Is anyone using Reckon Accounts Hosted having problems with their system lagging/very slow?

This has been happening a lot lately. I have used the useful links section to check my internet speed and it always says Above Average.

Hi Robyn,

Haven't noticed anything glaringly different in terms of performance on my own Hosted login this morning so far.

Glad to see you checked out the internet connection side of things, there are a few other areas to check out which play a part in getting the best performance possible from your file.

We have the same issue on one of our computers. You click something and wait up to 2 minutes for the screen to open, or the ledger code to acknowledge. It is extremely painful . The computer is state of the art and is our fastest, with most memory so it is no the computer. Our internet speed is very high, and this page and all other pages open super quick. It is simply Reckon that just does not function. This has been going on for 3 months now. We have tried all of the suggestions in your link. Nothing makes a difference. It just may be time we move to MYOB because this is simply ridiculous.
