Reckon Accounts Hosted will not generate the PDFs to print invoices, purchase orders, etc

I am using the latest version of google chrome (updated 15 September 2017)
PDFs stopped generating on Monday 25 September.  I now get a black screen once I select view.  I have searched the community and tried previous options posted last year but nothing works.
Can anyone please help me?

Did you try going into the Control Panel and Log Off users and then try to long in again.   This has worked for me.

Hi Renee,

I would recommend doing what Jeanette has said first.

If that doesn't fix your issue, please try doing a hard reload. To do this, on the screen where it says 'Welcome to Reckon Accounts Hosted', please press Ctrl + F5 together on your keyboard. The page should refresh, once it does, please click Launch Accounts 2017 R2 and try again.

If the first two suggestions fail, please have a look at the PDF reader you have installed. Normally it would be Adobe Acrobat Reader, please ensure you have the latest version. Also, try uninstalling and reinstalling it.

Hi Luke and Jeanette,

thanks for your suggestions.  i have done both and nothing is working!!

It is really strange as I switched to explorer from Chrome and it stopped happening. 
Now it is happening in both browsers and on both my pc and my husbands.

I get a preview of the invoice in Adobe Pro DC but none of the invoice details like item, description or totals, etc and a pop up from Adobe Acrobat appears saying "Drawing Error Occurred".

Any ideas please?
