I am using the latest version of google chrome (updated 15 September 2017) PDFs stopped generating on Monday 25 September. I now get a black screen once I select view. I have searched the community and tried previous options posted last year but nothing works. Can anyone please help me?
I would recommend doing what Jeanette has said first.
If that doesn't fix your issue, please try doing a hard reload. To do this, on the screen where it says 'Welcome to Reckon Accounts Hosted', please press Ctrl + F5 together on your keyboard. The page should refresh, once it does, please click Launch Accounts 2017 R2 and try again.
If the first two suggestions fail, please have a look at the PDF reader you have installed. Normally it would be Adobe Acrobat Reader, please ensure you have the latest version. Also, try uninstalling and reinstalling it.
