Reckon Accounts hosted will not print the PDF documents

I want to print my reconciliations etc but they will not go to print. The page is previewed but will not print.

    Hi Glenda,

    Which browser are you using?
    Do you encounter the same issue on an alternate browser like Google Chrome?

    I had someone with an issue of not being able to produce the PDF, it just would not view, using internet explorer.

    I used Internet Explorer and had no issue.

    Told them to try Chrome and they did not have the issue.

    So there may be some update to Internet Explorer that has stopped PDF generation and printing from working correctly?

    I have been using internet explorer the whole time and it has only been in the last 2 weeks that this has been happening.

    I have switched to firefox and it's printing fine at the moment. I cannot use Chrome as this browser interferes with the ATO portal.

    Also, my invoice templates (not in Reckon hosted, but Reckon Accounts 2013) have changed as well and the logo I am using now prints part of the outline. I now save them to file and print the PDF version. It's so frustrating.

    Can you please advise the current FULL version number of Internet Explorer you are both using? (example screenshot below)

    Adrian, are you able to give us the version number of Internet Explorer that was experiencing the issue you've described above

    I am having the same problem Internet Explorer 11 Version:11.0.9600.18499, Updated Version: 11.0.36 (KB3191492)

    I am using firefox for now, but I have a print problem with the bottom of the page (last line) not printing.

    For some reason Reckon Hosted has stopped producing the PDF image which from there prints the document. I have also checked my Adobe and I have the latest version.

    Hello  I have just confirmed with the client 
    Internet Explorer 11 Version:11.0.9600.18499, Updated Version: 11.0.36 (KB3191492) has the issue.

    I have IE 11 Version 11.0.9600.18378 Update version 11.0.33 (KB3170106) and don't have the issue.

    So it appears to be the current update is causing the issue.
