Hi Michelle,

Can you let us know what's happening when you try to launch Hosted?
Are you receiving any error messages etc?

I click Launch a new page opens as usual. It says that I am logged on then closes itself.

Head into the Hosted control panel and log off any active sessions located in the 'Log off Remote Sessions' area. Then logout, close your browser and try again.

What process do you usually follow to logoff when you're finished using Hosted for the day?

Thank you that worked.Logging out and in again didn't work on its own but closing and reopening the browser did. Cheers Michelle
