Hi Rav,
I am running Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2017. My laptop is a Dell Inspiron 15 with AMD chip.
I get a Windows message in the form of a blue box with white text stating This app cant run on your PC. To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher.
The Reckon Home Inventory Manager still starts OK. The problem started just after I installed the latest auto-update to Windows 10.

Hello Rick,
First step is to reboot your PC and try again.
If you still get the message then un-install and re-install the programme, using this clean un-install guide.
