Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2015 wont open

When I try to open program I get a blank page and the error message 'Not responding'. When I close the page I get the message 'Reckon Accounts launcher is not responding'. What should I do?? It has always worked fine up till now!

I sometimes experience this.  My solution is to go into task manager and close all occurrences of the program.  I open the file I want to work with by using a right mouse click on the desktop file shortcut and open with Quicken.

After a week of working perfectly I am now experiencing the same issue. Last time I used Malincan's method and the program opened but not this time. What is going on here??? Should I uninstall Reckon and reinstall? I am computer illiterate so don't give me a complicated solution!
