Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2018 Becomes Unresponsive When Performing Certain Tasks

I have just recently upgraded from Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2017 to Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2018. I am running it on Windows 10 Pro 64-bit, version 1803. Since upgrading to Personal Plus 2018 my system is freezing and becoming unresponsive when I do certain things, select the "Analysis Reports" tab on the Cash Flow Homepage, select the "Planning" tab on the Financial Overview Homepage, attempt to add "Budget" to my custom Homepage; among other things. As long as I don't do those particular things it otherwise runs fine.

These unresponsive freezes did not occur in Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2017. Grateful if you please advise what steps I can take, or otherwise, so that I can properly use the upgrade I paid for.
