Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2018 "Launcher has stopped"

I have downloaded Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2018 successfully but when I try to open the application it gives me a popup "Reckon Accounts Launcher has stopped - Please shut down". I have uninstalled/installed, rebooted computer 3 x time and I still get the same error message. No one at Reckon 1800732566 can help me. I am using Windows 7.
