Reckon Accounts Personal Plus not opening

I have been using Quicken Personal Plus 2012 but have recently upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 . I have downloaded Reckon Accounts Personal Plus but cannot get it to open. I keep getting error messages. It is all very frustrating

Please explain the error messages and if possible a screen shot as we can't try to help you without it.  Also sis you try searching this community with search words of the error you received?
