Reckon Accounts Plus 2015 Not RESPONDING

Reckon Accounts Plus 2015 .When using I am able to do postings ok, but if i leave the program idle for a short time it will not let me continue, with the message not responding..I have to then end the task to continue but only same as above. I am using Windows 10

    Hi Mervyn,

    Is it only your Reckon Accounts program that experiences this issue after leaving your computer idle for a period of time? Or do other programs also experience the same need to force close?

    When did this issue first start? Since the upgrade to Windows 10?

    Only Reckon and after upgrading to Windows 10

    same for me.    if i put windows 10 into sleep mode and it starts again the next morning, reckon accounts plus 2015 does not respond.  i have to reboot the computer to get it to start.
