Reckon Accounts Plus 2016 takes several attempts (10-15 minutes) to open my company file. I have 5 company files but this 1 file doesn't open straight away like the others and I get the following message:

"Reckon Accounts was unable to open the company file because the file is in use. Another person may be in the process of opening the file. Please try to open the company file again. If the problem persits, please contact Reckon Technical Support and provide them with the following error codes: (-6000, -816)."

Is there a solution to this problem?
