Reckon Accounting Plus 2020 - The pdf converter will not work. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, wiped everything off my computer, done the same again. It works for about 5 minutes - then crashes again with error code 30 and printer not activated. Please help

Well if you have a solution to this printing issue I'd love to hear it! we're getting a similar error accross multiple clients. (error code 60)

We've tried removing and readding the converter using the install.exe in the install directory (results in same issue). Copying QBWPR32.dll from a 2015 version of reckon (Reckon fails to open after this) and deleting qbprint.qbp and WPR.ini from the all users/Program Data folders.

We as in myself and another tech. We're pulling at straws mate. Trying any fix we could find, Reckon have not been helpful in finding a resolution. Installation directory is set to full control for everyone.

I don't believe it's an issue with outlook, trying to print to the converter in word produces the same error code.
