Reckon Accounts Premier 2020 - Backup File Location Problem

We just upgraded from Reckon Accounts Premier 2019 to the 2020 version. 

We find that when backing up up the company data file to our server, Reckon Accounts no longer wants to remember or retain the backup location or even the number of saved on-demand backup copies. 

In fact, no matter what options we tick within the "Save Backup Copy:Options" dialog box, the program always defaults back to the standard options.

This has only just occurred since upgrading to the 2020 version of the program.

Any assistance would be appreciated or any comments welcome if anyone else has experienced the same problem.
