Reckon Accounts Pro 2014: Export to 'a new Excel workbook'

Hello,
I have an issue with Reckon Accounts Pro 2014.
I am suddenly no longer able to export to 'a new Excel workbook'. This option is greyed out when I try to export a report.
I have previously been able to export to a new Excel workbook without any issues.
I am using Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016.
Is anybody able to please provide me with some suggestions as to tackling this issue?

    Hi Rav,

    Thank you very much for the swift response! Attached is the update history. However, as I understand, the issue was reported one day prior to the updates on February 6. I suspect my colleague updated Office in an attempt to resolve the issue.
