    Hi Graham,

    Welcome to the Reckon Community.

Please try your update again.  Any problems this time?

If yes, then on the One Step Update Settings screen (seen only when clicking on the One Step icon) , click on Select quotes and make sure all your securities in the table are ticked.

If the problem persists, then right click on a Security and select Security Details.  If a stock is listed with the Type Market Index, change it to Stock.  Also, ensure all other fields are correctly selected for Australia and Australian stocks.

    regards,
    John

    Thanks for the reply John.

I have done all you have suggested and now my Gain/Loss % column is updating but my Day Gain/Loss Column all remain zero and the other two columns Day Change and Day Change % remain empty. Why?

    thanks,
    regards,
    Graham.

    Hi Graham,

If you look at the table again on the next calendar day, are they showing correctly?

    regards,
    John

I have viewed the data today and the three columns have not altered, even after updating again.

    Graham.
