Reckon cloud based for one file only

Using Reckon Premier. Don't want to put all my files up to the cloud. Just one that is to be shared between myself and one other at a different location. Can this be done easily - and how? Thanks

    Thanks, I was actually after a way that it could be done without buying more Reckon product. As a not for profit organisation we feel that almost $1000 per year is more than enough to pay. It would help if there was a way I could do this without using Reckon Hosted.
