Don’t forget to refresh your browser cache

As with many website updates and releases, it is important to remember to clear your browser cache to make sure you are using the latest version of our website.

Your browser stores certain items for future use. Things like graphic images (such as buttons and icons), photo's, and even entire web pages are examples of items saved or cached.

Sometimes with the updates we do on our website, you may need to bypass or clear your browser's cache. Just clicking the refresh button (or hitting F5) isn’t always enough, and you may need to refresh your cache first!

Updated Dashboard

A refreshed dashboard will now display the Order History tab, with search filters to make it easier to find previous orders lodged.

Removal of the Searches icon for clients who do not have a trading account with Reckon Docs, to reduce any potential confusion.

If you are new to Reckon Docs you may not have access to certain order options, such as searches, but don’t worry, you can contact us at any time, and we can activate these for you.

 

Revised messaging on the Accounts setting page


A better way to notify you of any sections that need your attention will be rolled out in stages on Reckon Docs online. The first instance of this update is on the Accounts Setting page. 

 

Resolved Trust delivery tab layout issues


We have resolved a long time page layout issue with the delivery tab when ordering a Trust product. This was related with the next button being hidden behind the page banner.  We have now changed the formatting for this to not occur any more.
