We lodged a support request with Reckon Elite yesterday as we can't lodge. Over 24 hours later and still no contact other than an automatic email. We are getting an error message saying '3 Returns had problems creating ELS files. Year 2016 EI forms cannot be lodged at this time'. Can anyone help or alternatively advise how to reach the support team more quickly. They seem to think this is low priority!
