Reckon frozen after trying to cancel a print job

HI, I tried to cancel a print because it was taking to long and now Reckon is frozen

Sorry to hear you've had some trouble this morning.

Which Reckon product are you using? If its Reckon Accounts Hosted, can you please close your browser and log back in, however before launching the Reckon Accounts Hosted service, please go into the Hosted control panel option and check if there are any active sessions listed. If there are, please log them off and logout one more time (use the logout option in the top right corner) and then retry in a couple of minutes.

Is there any change after this?
