Reckon Gov Connect is not receiving data from STP

Reckon Gov Connect is not receiving data from STP, even though STP has sent it. No errors coming up just no data. Using Reckon One. Can you help me?

    Hi Lee The very first time you have to send it twice. If it is marked in one as sent, change to back to draft. Kind regards Kim Chapman www.cosbiz.com.au

    Hi Kim I have changed it back to draft and resent it a few times but it’s still not showing up in Gov Connect. It’s my second book in Reckon one due to company reorganisation and the other book is working fine.

    Hi Kim, thankyou for your help.

    The ATO advised me that my new branch number is 002 but this seems to be the problem.

    I have changed it back to 001 in the settings and now it is working fine.
