As you can see, all payroll data is shown "SENT".
However, when I launch the Reckon GovConnect, it shows "No Data Received".
Can you please assist on this matter???
I have the same problem. I called up the hotline which told 2 hours to get through and 1 hour for them to realise the problem! I was told that a call will be returned to me the following day to have a solution for me. I receive no call AT ALL even after 3 days. This help line is hopeless!!!
