Hi,
I am trying to setup GovConnect for the first time and receive the following message. I have seen other posts where you have said that it has already been setup. I am the sole user of the file, I am using my original portal login. The only other person with access to the file is my accountant, but he only reads the data from the file, he does not enter transactions.
