Reckon GovConnect STP problem

I have tried to lodge an STP file this morning, which for this particular company, is the first time using Hosted after having transferred from Desktop. In each attempt, to import the file, I end up at the import screen without the file having uploaded for submission. I have tried at least four time without success. I have even exported the file to my desktop and tried to upload that file, but again, the import window comes back without any file imported. I have logged out completely from Hosted and even used a different browser. So I am wondering if this is a Reckon problem or something to do with the ATO. Any suggestions please?
I have successfully used Hosted with another company to lodge STP files without any drama.

Problem has been solved. I now notice that I have two boxes above the import data screen. One which says Reckon Accounts Desktop and the other one says Reckon Accounts Hosted. By clicking on the Reckon Accounts Hosted Box, I discovered that my STP file was there and I have now been able to lodge it.
