Reckon has frozen and wont let me do anything within the program

While trying to email payslips Reckon has frozen and wont let me do anything within the program. I can't log out. I've closed the web page down, logged in on a different computer, nothing seems to be working

    Hi Kylie,

    Are you able to access the Hosted control panel? If you can, please close any active sessions from within the Hosted control panel, then logout, close your browser and then retry.

    Does the issue continue after this?
