Reckon Hosted 2020 - the home page looks incomplete - not sure if it didn't down load properly

Can you post a screenshot of what the Hosted page looks like for you at the moment and/or provide some more info on what is happening specifically.
If you feel it hasn't loaded correctly and depending on what exactly hasn't loaded, please exit the service (File > Exit) if you are within your Hosted file and then logout (use the logout option).
Close your browser and then try again.

This is the home page which is quite different and maybe correct? I tried to snap a shot of the customer centre as well but when I did it looked ok but on my screen the words are dotty (maybe the pixulation??) Not sure that if is the correct term?

I have also tried logging out completing and opening again

You’ve just not got some of the features enabled/to display (Inventory, Purchase Orders, Sales Orders & Estimates/Quotes)
You can enable all of these from the program’s Preferences:
- Click on Edit (along top toolbar) > Preferences
- In the RHS List, click on Desktop View & select the Company Preferences tab
You can then click on the applicable hyperlinks to go to each Preference section & opt to enable as required.

Hi,
I had my IT guy have a look at it this morning and he said it appears to have a resolution problem! He can't fix it though as it is in your cloud.
Is anyone else having problems with the resolution?

It’s probably colour that’s making you think it doesn’t look quite right. Unfortunately, the upgrade reverts everyone to that default colour – however you can change it in your Preferences:
- Click on Edit (along top toolbar) > Preferences
- In the RHS List, click on Desktop View & select the My Preferences tab
- Select a preferred colour from the Colour Scheme dropdown list.
