Reckon Hosted and Pinch - Multi User Mode

Hi, I am thinking of adding PINCH to my current RECKON HOSTED but understand that I must change from single-user mode to multi-user mode. As I have only purchased a single user licence which I assume allows me to only use RECKON HOSTED in single-user mode, will I need to upgrade my licence to be able to user multi-user mode? thanks

    Hi Larisa,

    You don't need to buy an additional license to connect Pinch with your Hosted account.
    Even though you only have a Single license, you can still run Hosted in Multi User mode (this can be enabled via File > Switch To Multi User Mode).

    This allows Pinch or any other third party products to connect to your Hosted data file.

    You would only need to purchase additional licenses if you have multiple users logging into Hosted.
