Reckon Hosted Black Screen

I've logged to Reckon Hosted; when I go to launch accounts I get a black screen asking for some details but it doesn't say what it wants me to put in there.
This has been going on for a few days, I've cleared browsing history, I've tried different browsers and I've tried leaving black screen open for 15 mins but nothing works.... I need to access my files.. any suggestions!

Hi Katrina,

Sorry to hear you're having issues, have you tried ending all active sessions within the Hosted control panel as yet?
If not, can you please do that then logout, close the browser down and try again.

Let me know how you get on

Hi Rav,

Yes I have done all of that, turned the computer off, left it a couple of days and nothing. Interesting I use hosted in another job and that login is working just fine from the same browser on the same computer.. so I'm at a loss

Its rather strange that its been happening to you for a number of days in this fashion. Have you lodged a case with our Hosted support team as yet? If so, can I grab the case number to follow up on?

No I haven't wasn't too sure how to do that, but I am at work now so it will have to wait until I can get home to my computer (password is there).

Just happened to me.
Called tech support

Clear browsing, cache, etc from browser.
Then get them to cancel all open sessions FROM THEIR END.

You may then have trouble getting into company file due to admin being already logged in.
DO NOT SEND A DATA PASSWORD RESET FORM.
Just ring Reckon again and make sure they log you out completely from their end.
