Reckon Hosted can't back up

After completing verification of data  just get a message that Reckon Accounts was unable to back up...can someone tell me why?

It might not be the problem by the Reckon. As I tried to do this on my laptop and it was having error codes. But I had to fix Error Code 0X80071A90 then it got solved. So I think in my case it was not actually the problem of the Reckon.

Can you please review the QBWin.log file for any potential errors that require attention.

Thanks...I re-ran a back up yesterday, and now working okay.
