Reckon Hosted crashing when I try accessing a Cheque entry

I have a Cheque transaction entered twice and am wanting to delete one of the entries. It was only created in the last week.

When I try to access the Cheque (am I wanting to delete) the whole system crashes and I get an unrecoverable error message. I have tried accessing the cheque via the Bank Register and Write a Cheque functions but it continues to do the same thing.

I have backed up the file, come out and back into Reckon but the matter continues. The error message details are below.

I would really appreciate advice on this matter. Regards, Lee

    Hi Lee

The crashing occurs when an entry is corrupted.

Find the entry in your bank account register & select it (DON’T double-click, just a single click so it’s selected)

You can then press Ctrl + D on your keyboard which is the delete shortcut to delete the transaction from there without opening it.
