Reckon hosted log in problems

I am trying to log into Reckon Hosted but keep getting either a totally black screen or a message which states the following: Power Web Connect Terminal Server. Failed to launch C:(then a file location i cant be bother to copy!). The system cannot find the file specified.

I need to get this resolved ASAP!!!

Hi Maria,

Can you head into the Hosted control panel and then select Log Off Remote Sessions. Please end all active sessions located here and then log out. Close your browser and then retry logging into Reckon Accounts Hosted.

Does the issue persist after this?

I just had the same thing,  I went into the Control Panel and log off users.  It then opened up and all was fine.

Just had it too, logged out and back in again and it was fine
