when I go to select forms to email and pick payslip the list of employees paid in that period is correct but as soon as I change the fortnight date it picks up old payslips even though I am picking the current fortnight. What am I doing wrong, please assist.
Perhaps you are not doing anything wrong Angela. Do the old ones have a tick against them, or are they just in the list? I have seen something like this in the past and from memory, whilst old ones were in the list, they were not ticked. John L G
Hi John, the old ones (always 100 payslips) goes back to 9/3/18 are all ticked and then I have to select none to start off with and then have to scroll down the list and tick only the current ones - its not a major issue but it takes times. The current payslips are always on the bottom of the list. Hope it makes sense !!
