when I go to select forms to email and pick payslip the list of employees paid in that period is correct but as soon as I change the fortnight date it picks up old payslips even though I am picking the current fortnight. What am I doing wrong, please assist.

Perhaps you are not doing anything wrong Angela.  Do the old ones have a tick against them, or are they just in the list?  I have seen something like this in the past and from memory, whilst old ones were in the list, they were not ticked.

Hi John, the old ones (always 100 payslips) goes back to 9/3/18 are all ticked and then I have to select none to start off with and then have to scroll down the list and tick only the current ones - its not a major issue but it takes times. The current payslips are always on the bottom of the list. Hope it makes sense !!

Angela.  Even if you select the current date range, do the old ones still appear in the list?  I take it from your earlier post that this would be the case.

Another thought, go back to one of the pay cheques for one of those old payslips and see if "to be printed" is ticked.

I've got the same problem as Angela. The date range is correct but the old payslips appear and are ticked on the "email to be sent" list. You have to untick and scroll to the bottom to find the current batch of payslips. None of the old pay cheques are ticked "to be printed" as per John's crosscheck. Any suggestions?

Hi Angela and Ingrid. When you see old payslips in the list to be emailed you can delete them from the list and it won't delete the actual pays (if you are sure they were emailed at the time) then they won't appear in that ist again next time you want to email payslips. Hi Angela.  Give me a ring on 0428 695454 and I will see if I can help you.  Technically speaking, it should not be hard, but reality is another matter.

Hi Kay I managed to do it now after reading Jennifer's comment. Once you have the list of payslips before emailing select the ones you dont need and click on remove button one by one. I have 208 that I had to do.
    Hope this helps
    Thanks

By all means, Angela.  You should not have to go through any process to delete a list of payslips that you don't want to email, unless perhaps, that there is something in your setup that is not correct.

its on the screen before sending the payslip, on right hand side
    "select all",
    "Select None"
"remove" - this is what you will have to click on each time you want to take off. Once you have done this it works magic !!

    Preview
    select all
    select none
    Preferences
    Default Email Text

    There is no remove button
